Help Laboratories provides medical diagnostic and laboratory testing services. Our services include but are not limited to clinical chemistry, haematology, molecular diagnostics, microbiology, histopathology, and general health screening.

All diagnostic services are performed by qualified laboratory scientists under the supervision of board-certified pathologists, in compliance with Nigerian healthcare regulations.

3. Patient Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and medical information as required for testing.
• Follow all pre-test instructions (e.g., fasting requirements) communicated by our staff.
• Present valid identification when submitting samples or collecting results.
• Make payment for services rendered in accordance with our published fee schedule.

4. Test Results

Laboratory results are provided for clinical use by your healthcare provider. Results are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, advice, or treatment. Always consult your physician regarding test results and their implications for your health.

We make every effort to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that results will be free from all error. In the rare event of a discrepancy, we will reprocess the sample at no additional cost.

5. Confidentiality

All patient information and test results are treated as strictly confidential. Results are released only to the patient, their designated healthcare provider, or as required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made for corporate or institutional accounts. We accept cash, bank transfers, and major debit/credit cards. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Help Laboratories shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
